All Caberfeidh products are made to order. This allows us to minimise waste and produce only what is needed.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Standard Delivery: £3.49
Free on orders over £50
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery: £5.99
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from the order date, including production.

Items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on production and fulfilment. No additional shipping charges will apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once production has started.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, and peak periods.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will resolve the issue promptly in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We plan to expand international shipping in the future.
